Refund Policy

Normans Press guarantees seamless transitions with all clients, ensuring that all transactions are documented and archived. Normans Press provides a money-back guarantee and other return policies to assure customers of the quality and legitimacy of their projects. However, return policies at Digit Media Designs are subject to specific terms and may be adjusted with prior agreement from clients.
(a) Money Back Guarantee is valid until 30 days of order placement if other terms are applied.

(c) If you are not satisfied with the initial responses from Normans Press, returns will not be accepted once your project enters the second round of logo revisions. To request a return, you must complete a Return Request form, which will be provided upon request. If we receive your request promptly, Normans Press will refund the total payment you made, minus a 10% service and processing fee based on the package amount.
(d) There are no returns for any rush service charges. 24-hour design fees and 24-hour rush changes are non-returnable.
(e) In case of return approval, client will get his amount credited back within next 6-7 Business Days.
(f) We will not process or refund any orders if the client remains unresponsive for 45 days. However, if there are personal issues, the client may email us to request a hold on the project. If the client remains unresponsive for more than 60 days, an additional caution fee of $150 will be required to reactivate the project.
(g) If a client chooses to forfeit the website portion of the package after 30 days, a refund will not be available. However, we can put the project on hold, and the client may resume the project later.
(h) Additionally, the customer will forfeit the right to a return if they request additional revisions (one or more design changes, regardless of complexity) or modifications to any of the initial concepts. The right to a return will also be forfeited if the customer fails to respond promptly to a status update from Normans Press.
(i) If you accept a return, you agree that this will be your only remedy related to the responses in question. You also acknowledge that you will not have any right (whether expressed or implied) to use any of the responses, work products, content, or media, nor will you have any ownership rights to them.
(j) In case of finalizing one part of the order the customer will not be eligible for a return for the rest of the remaining package.
