Refund Policy
All refund requests will be as per the following arrangement:
If you request a refund before we deliver the initial design concepts, you are eligible for a full refund minus a 10% administration and processing fee. To initiate a refund, please contact us within 7 working days of placing your order. Refund requests made after this period will not be accepted. If you decide to restart the order, a fee based on your project will apply.
All refund requests should be directed to our support department. Normans Press reserves the right to approve or deny refund requests on a case-by-case basis, by your user agreement.
Please note that client feedback is essential throughout the design process to ensure the best results. We offer a unique design guarantee, which means that if our design is found to be significantly similar to an existing one, we will provide a new logo. However, any resemblance to existing designs will be considered coincidental, and Normans Press will not be held responsible or liable for any claims or compensation. It is the client’s responsibility to copyright their artwork.

How to Claim Your Refund
To ensure that your refund request is processed effectively and is approved, please make sure that you meet the following requirements.
- Specify your concern and claim your refund through any of the following three modes:-
- i. Toll-free (628-214-2200)
- ii. Live Chat.
- iii. Email. (support@normanspress.com)
We will address your query or concern promptly according to our revision policy. If we are unable to resolve the issue, our refund department will send you an approval for the refund via email.
Once the refund is processed, the rights to your design will be transferred to Normans Press. Consequently, you will not have the legal right to use or display any version of the design provided by us.
- As the design rights will be transferred to Normans Press, you agree that you will not have any rights (direct or indirect) to use any of the designs, materials, or media provided. You will also have no ownership interest in them.
- In collaboration with Government Copyright Agencies, Normans Press will share copyright acquisition information for refunded designs to prevent their reuse as original designs in the future.

Domain and Hosting
Domain and Hosting are provided free of cost with packages, where applicable.
All the email accounts assigned with the website package can be configured on third-party email software such as Outlook.
If you wish to opt out of hosting the website with us, you will not be provided email accounts.
Delivery Policy
Estimated Completion Time: We will provide an estimated timeframe for the completion of your design project. This timeline may vary based on the complexity of the project and the number of revisions needed.
Revisions and Edits: Please be aware of the number of revisions or edits included in your purchased package. Additional changes beyond the allotted number may incur extra charges or cause delays in delivery.
Expedited Delivery: Some design services offer expedited delivery for an extra fee. Be sure to review these options and their associated costs if you require faster turnaround.
Communication: Effective communication between you and the designer is crucial for completing the project within the expected timeframe. Normans Press ensures clear communication through channels like email or phone for updates and feedback.
Deadlines: If you have any specific deadlines or delivery dates for your project, please communicate them. Our team at Normans Press is dedicated to meeting your delivery needs and will consider them before starting your project.
Delivery Formats: The final design files will be delivered in the format specified in the proposal or strategic document. This may include digital files suitable for printing or web use, or physical products such as printed materials.
Payment Terms: The payment terms will be outlined, including any deposits, installment payments, or milestone payments. These terms, along with the delivery policies, will be clearly detailed in the service agreement or contract.
Record Maintenance
We keep your final design archived after we deliver your final files. If you wish to receive the final files again, we can email them upon request.

Correspondence Policy
You acknowledge that Normans Press is not responsible for any communications from email addresses other than those verified by us, such as “
support@normanspress.com,” or any toll-free numbers not listed on our website. We will not be liable for any damages resulting from such communications. We only accept responsibility for correspondence through email addresses under our official domain or using toll-free numbers specified on the Normans Press website.
At Normans Press, we promise that all of our logos are produced using scratch. We will provide you with a logo that is adept and in complete compliance with your design brief.
